Shipping policy
Customers may purchase low-cost shipping insurance during checkout. Binghamton Health Campaign, Inc. shall not be responsible for any lost and/or damaged items being shipped or returned to the customer or back to Binghamton Health Campaign, Inc. Customer have the option of purchasing inexpensive route shipping insurance in order to protect their interests and order.
ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order (Monday-Friday). Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Orders can be picked up daily, from one of Confluence Running's and Ruthie's Run's locations. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within [timeframe] using [your shipping provider i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of [fee] applies to orders shipping to [locations outside local region]. Optional: We do not ship outside of [your country] at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, there is shipping insurance for your convenience. Additionally, there is insurance for free return shipping and exchanges that you may purchase at checkout.
