Honoring Kelly LaBare
Kelly LaBare was a distinguished athlete and an advocate for education in Upstate New York. Known for her effortless running style and strong spirit, Kelly's life was tragically cut short at the age of 25 due to a sudden heart condition. Each year, the Kelly LaBare 5K honors her memory, promoting the values she held dear: fitness, education, and community support. This race is dedicated to inspiring younger runners and encouraging participation in the sport, fostering a new generation of athletes.
