The HOKA Speedgoat 6 Mid GTX is back and better than ever, designed to tackle any trail, in any condition. Known for its high cushioning and unbeatable traction, this trail running shoe is versatile enough to meet the demands of trail runners, hikers, and ultramarathon athletes alike—even in the wettest, muddiest environments.

Named after ultrarunning legend Karl Meltzer, the Speedgoat 6 continues its legacy with key refinements. The updated CMEVA midsole delivers a more nimble and responsive ride, while the enhanced internal chassis offers increased stability on rugged terrain. The outsole, inspired by a goat’s hoof, features improved lug orientation and micro-serrations for superior grip and stability, while maintaining its durable Vibram Megagrip rubber with Traction Lug technology.

The upper, now crafted from 100% recycled polyester mesh, provides a more flexible and comfortable fit with a runner-friendly collar, all while retaining the reliable GORE-TEX waterproof membrane for full protection against the elements.
